Wishing all of you love, health and happiness in 2009!!

Happy Holidays!!

Pat, Brooke and Atreju

Ladies Christmas Tea 2008

Last year I began the tradition of hosting a Christmas Tea for all my closest girlfriends. I was very happy that EVERYONE could come this year. We had a wonderful afternoon filled with tea sandwiches, chocolate and lots of different teas. I played a sideshow of photos for everyone to watch and reminisce. It was a lovely afternoon with the ladies.

Nothing like a Santa Hat to get you in the mood!

For Christmas, of course!!!

I hosted an event last week at The Jet Hotel. I happily agreed to the Santa hat theme :).

It was great that my girlfriend Autumn and Becca could join us too.

Pat's great friend, Jack was also in town.

Atreju hopes Santa.......

Brings his Mom a bigger purse for Christmas.

What a GRACEful delivery

Although Sara is a staple at every years holiday party, this year she had a good excuse to miss it, she went into labor a couple hours before the party!!!

At 5am on Sunday December 14th, Sara welcome a healthy baby girl, named Grace into the world. She was 6 lbs 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. She had a head full of black hair, long legs and big lips. There may just be a modeling contract in someones future :)

Sara did such an amazing job in her delivery, I am so proud of her.

We could hardly wait to get to the hospital to meet Gracie!!

Our Annual Holiday Party 2008

Last weekend Pat and I held our annual Christmas Party. It was such a fun party and it was so nice almost all of our friends could make it.

I was particularly happy to have a holiday party this year, because it was the first year Pat and I actually put up a tree. It is amazing how much a tree lights up a room and makes you smile :).

We had some really nice additions to our party this year. I hired two of my lovely models to be Santa greeters. When guests arrived they took their coats and offered them a cocktail before they even got inside.

We also sprung this year for a bartender. I designed two amazing signature cocktails for the party which were a smash! Strawberry Mojitos represented my red drink and Key Lime Martinis with a graham cracker rim represented the green drink.

The theme of the party this year was "Melting Pot", because we are so lucky to have so many friends from all over. So we wanted to see all different foods that represented our friends ethnicity, country, family or culture. To say we had a lot of food is putting it mildly. We actually ran out of counter space we had so much food. It was so fun getting to sample food from Peru, Finland, Mexico, Ireland, Greece, Croatia and Puerto Rico we were also made awesome Italian and Brazilian cocktails.

We had such a fun time and surprisingly fit nearly fifty people in our place :)

What another great Holiday Party!!!

A perfect start to the holidays!

By a stroke of luck, Kerri and I were able to get a reservation at The Brown Palace for Christmas Tea a couple of weeks ago. It is always such a magical experience and sure gets you in the mood for the holidays.
